Groovy Dry Rub is used with wings, ribs, burgers, steaks, chicken, pork, seafood, chili, deep fried turkey etc…

• Chili: One teaspoon per lb. hamburger meat
• Rib eye steak: ¼ teaspoon per steak with a splash of Dales liquid seasoning.  Cook perfectly, every time.
• Wings: 24-30 1 Tablespoon GDR in a 1-gallon zip-lock baggie.  Cook the wings, place the cooked wings in a bowl for a few seconds, then place ½ of the in the baggie, shake the baggie then place the rest of the wings in the same baggie and shake the baggie as best you can, then empty into the bowl.  Your wings will be:  Mild, Medium, Hot, Groovy Hot!
